I have a huge weakness to those types of places where good food mixes
with unique atmosphere, and it's all thanks to their owners :)
Desal has been open for a short time, only two months (from the beginning of 2017), and it has already stolen my heart. It is only it is a matter of time until he achieves a true measure of success the iconic El Ultimo Mono in Malaga.
This place has everything a demanding gourmet needs - fresh and very good food prepared on the spot from local products, a much different and interesting offer, a cool interior, and above all a soul and passion.
Because it was the passion to create something unique in Veronica - the young owner of the restaurant - that captivated us me here the most.
The restaurant offers breakfast (brunch), salads and huge sandwiches (I recommend curry chicken) that you can eat both at lunch and dinner.
What more coffee, squeezed juices which are a combination of flavors and batidos - I chose mine namesake - batido named Asia, which you will surely like;) Particularly noteworthy is the offer of breakfasts and sandwiches, which I have not met anywhere else in Malaga.
The combination of avocados, carrots and mangoes on one toast - wow madness!
In addition, the owner pays a lot of attention to local, ecological products. He also supports the family business - Heroin Vorgin Extra - that is oil, which gives the dish a peculiar taste. I must admit that it not only tastes delicious, but also good brand oil, it looks original.
Desal, for so rich and an original menu, it has very affordable prices - complete breakfast (coffee, juice, toast) from € 4.10. Very important - the kitchen is open here all the time, so don't worry that after 17 you will not eat anything.
I can not praise myself;) Because I just love places where you can feel positive energy and true Malagasy cordiality :)
I recommend you this place with all my heart for a daily, small one a feast :)
