El Patio Bodega

l Patio Bodega is one of those places and restaurants in Malaga, which recently I come back very often. What convinces me is a spanish atmosphere, good location, but most of all sooooo good food :)

It is a place with more than 30 years of tradition, which specializes in dishes made with rice, serving them on more than 30 ways - in this place you will find the best paellas in town! It is also a winery, which can boast about rich tradition of serving 10 kinds of wine straight from the barrel.

The restaurant's name refers to design, because the interior reminds a typical Spanish patio with a cool courtyard, authentic columns of iron, wine barrels and original collection of 40 old bullfighting posters depicting the years 1908 - 1957. The façade is decorated with rich floral shutters reminding us that We are  in Andalusia and the beautiful mosaics Cenachero and Roma - two of the most recognizable symbols of the city.

Besides paella I recommend you to try other Spanish tapas, as pimientos rellenos de rape and gambas, croquetas, crepes de boletus and gambas or caracoles de la abuela (which taste great, but are put off not just one person;)

El Patio can be found on Calle Granada 39, near earlier recommended restaurant Los Gatos. Map here.

El Patio I recommend you with all my heart! ThereYou will taste the true, honest Spanish cuisine :)
